THIS BOAT ROCKS…
Before Jody Carter and her three best friends ever set foot aboard the luxury cruise ship, Jody falls into the arms of uber hunky celebrity guest Taggart Keith, when he saves her shoe from falling to the depths of the sea. Their attraction is undeniable, but the recently divorced single mom knows the last thing she needs is to complicate her life in just seven short days. But that’s exactly what happens when Jody takes a chance — for once in her life— and gives into a week of sensational pleasure. Taggart helps her discover her more sensual side — one tantalizing night at a time.

Sail Away with Me by Kate Deaveaux
Who wouldn't want to indulge in a ship board romance? I think we all would and this book just makes me want it more! The way Kate brings these characters to life had me on the edge of my seat and waiting for the next page.
Jody is recently divorced and a single mother who goes on a cruise and finds an escape she wasn't expecting. And then it follows her home. How do you reconcile intense instant feelings with not trusting men as well as protecting your family. Jody is trying to find out and it is delightfully written.
Taggart isn't looking for anything permanent and then *BAM* can you say Cinderella fella. The attraction is a force to be reckoned with and boy do they handle it with finesse and heat.
This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review.
Excerpt #5: Book Lover Sue
The sign said ‘Suite 276’ as she stood out front, steadying her nerves. If she knocked on his door, she was agreeing to sleep with him — to give into the unrelenting want building deep inside her and threatening to overtake her sanity. Gazing down at her dress and smoothing the satin, she caught a glimpse of her ample cleavage. This was not Jody Carter, mother of Marshall Carter, ex- wife to Ryan.
Whoever this woman was she had no idea, but she was going to take full advantage of this wanton woman living inside her. Breathing in deeply, she knocked on the door.
Taggart opened the door faster than she thought possible, maybe he’d been waiting on the other side watching her through the peephole. If he had, she’d die with embarrassment. He looked at her with that sexy gaze of his as he reached out and pulled her into the room. Not wasting a moment, he devoured her with his urgency.
Overcome, she kissed him back and leaned back against the door as he shut it. Taggart pressed up against her, his lips meeting hers as she tugged at his suit jacket, pulling it roughly from his shoulders as she struggled to get him naked. She wanted him. It had been so long since she had felt this way, so turned on, her attraction combustible. Kissing him with complete abandon while frantically undoing his shirt buttons, a nervous giggle escaped her lips as she ripped his shirt open. She trembled, as she frantically freed him of his shirt, revealing his gorgeous muscled chest, tracing the fine line of hair along his stomach to his waistband as he smothered her nervousness with his mouth.
Kissing her, he unzipped her dress, his hands hot and capable as he fiddled with the zipper. “Just like the damn life jacket,” he murmured as he spun her around. He managed it, sliding the dress off her and letting it pool to the floor as she leaned on the door for support. He nipped at her shoulder, his hands racing over her body, her pussy wet as he hooked his fingers in her panties and pulled them down to her ankles. She kicked off the panties with her rhinestone shoes still on and he leaned his half-naked body against her bare skin. She trembled at his touch as he cupped her breasts and fingered her nipples roughly. Jody could feel his arousal stiff and tempting against her bare bottom.
He inhaled sharply as he ran his hands along her body. “You’re so fucking gorgeous,” he said, sounding desperate as she turned to face him.
Eager to get him out of his pants and feel his throbbing erection, she tugged at his waistband. The complicated cummerbund proved too much for her given her heightened excitement from his hands teasing her nipples. He paused for a moment and undid the tricky waistband of his tuxedo and his eyes met hers.
She smiled shyly, overwhelmed by what they were about to do. What she was about to do. Oh God, he was slipping his pants off. She hadn’t been with a man in so long.
“Okay?” he asked, as she stared at him.
“Uh.... yes,” she stammered, not wanting him to stop but only just aware she’d been holding her breath.
“You’re sure?” he said, provocatively as his hands lingered on the waistband of his boxers, tormenting her. She was too embarrassed to look down any further for fear she might laugh, an unfortunate habit she had when she was very nervous.
“I’m sure,” she said, looking deep into his gaze, confident she knew what she wanted.
He grinned and slipped the boxers off.
She couldn’t contain her gasp as she saw his massive erection spring free, pointing right at her, this cock thick with the tip glistening wet. Her pussy flushed, dripping with her desire as he kissed her and then scooped her in his arms and carried her across the room.
